2. Responsibility for Products and Services

The Seller/Partner is solely and fully responsible for:

• The accuracy of the information provided;
• The quality, safety, origin, and legal compliance of products and services;
• Compliance with consumer, health, tax, and regulatory legislation;
• Legal warranties against defects and flaws.

The platform assumes no responsibility for losses, damages, claims, liabilities, or disputes related to the listed items.

3. Shipping, Delivery, and After-Sales

All logistics, packaging, shipping, transport, delivery, and after-sales support for products are the exclusive responsibility of the Seller/Partner. Couponlandia Buy and Save is not responsible for delays, losses, delivery failures, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or after-sales support.

4. Exclusivity of Transactions

All negotiations, communications, and payments must occur exclusively through the platform. It is prohibited to:

• Complete transactions outside the platform environment;

• Divert leads to external channels.

Non-compliance will result in immediate and permanent banning, in addition to applicable legal measures.

• Maintaining good standing with the relevant authorities.

The platform is not jointly or secondarily liable for non-compliance with such obligations.

7. Penalties and Legal Measures

Violation of these Terms authorizes Couponlandia Buy and Save to apply, individually or cumulatively:

• A warning;
• Temporary or permanent account suspension;
• Cancellation of active listings;
• Notification to the competent authorities;
• Civil and criminal actions to seek damages.

8. Limitation of Platform Liability

Couponlandia Buy and Save acts solely as a technological intermediary, providing virtual space for listings. Under no circumstances will it be considered the supplier, manufacturer, representative, or importer of the listed items.

9. Acceptance of the Terms

Use of the platform by the Seller/Partner implies full and unrestricted acceptance of these Terms of Use. Couponlandia Buy and Save reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, and it is the Seller/Partner’s responsibility to periodically consult the updated version.
